About us
Seaview Calisthenics College is one of the longest running calisthenics clubs in South Australia, celebrating our 80th year in 2026.
We are a small and friendly club. Our experienced coaches provide calisthenics team and solo classes for participants of all abilities and ages from 2.5 years to 70 years plus.​

Miss Jenny TINIES TEAM, SUB JUNIOR TEAM and CO-COACH JUNIOR TEAM
Jenny has been involved in calisthenics for over 50 years, participating at six clubs over this time and assisting with administration of the sport at local club and state association level. Jenny credits some wonderful coaches with helping her to develop a love of the sport. She has great memories of calisthenics trips away and performances in Australia and overseas and many long-lasting friendships.
Jenny has enjoyed coaching all age groups to success at State Championships in team, duo and solo items. She has also coached many participants for their Calisthenics Skills Program exams.
Jenny feels It is a privilege to teach and guide these children and women and see them grow in skills and confidence.

Maddy Norman - CO-COACH JUNIOR TEAM
Maddy started her Cali journey in Port Lincoln at the tender age of four. She moved to Adelaide in 2010 where she continued to perfrom and compete in team and solo items at various clubs, including Seaview. Maddy has been coaching since 2020 and will Co-Coach our Seaview Junior team in 2026. She lists her favourite Cali items as Exercises, Aesthetic dance and Graceful Solo.​

Miss Elise SENIOR TEAM COACH
After many years participating in teams and solo competitions and assisting with classes, Elise has completed all the requirements to become a fully-accredited Calisthenics Coach. She co-coached our Senior Team last year and has also coached Solo and Graceful Solo items for some of our younger performers.
Elise is our Senior Team Coach for 2026.

Miss Cheryl MASTERS TEAM COACH
Cheryl started Calisthenics at the age of 4 and went on to compete interstate with CASA State Championship teams. After a break to care for her family, Cheryl returned to calisthenics as a founding member of our Seaview Masters Team.
Cheryl started her coaching career in 2022, having completed her Grade 2 Calisthenics Skills exam and all the other courses and pre-requesites to become a fully qualified calisthenics coach. Cheryl now coaches our Masters team where Cali-experienced and new mature age women continue to have fun while maintaining their skills and fitness.

Miss Felicia (MASTERS TEAM ASSISTANT COACH
Felicia found her love for Calisthenics as a six year old when she commenced at Seaview. After many successful years competing at state and national levels, Felicia commenced her coaching career in 2024. To date she has coached and choreographed Sub Junior, Senior and Masters team items and also choroegraphed and performed Solos, Graceful Solos, Duo and Trio items. In 2024, Felicia was awarded her Calisthenics Skills Program Bronze Medal, inspiring many of our younger participants to aim high in their skills development.

Miss Jennie F LIFE MEMBER and FORMER COACH
Jennie started physical culture (the historical name for calisthenics in Australia) at an early age with Seaview Physical Culture Club as our club was previously known.
Jennie went on to become a highly regarded coach at club and state Championship team levels and is also a respected Adjudicator for calisthenics.
We appreciate Jennie's life-long contribution to the sport of calisthenics and value her support of our coaches.

Gail Lange (in Memorium)
Gail Lange passed away peacefully on 26 October 2025.
Gail first joined Seaview Calisthenics College as a student when the club opened in 1946 and went on to become Principal.
Gail taught countless calisthenics students and provided mentorship and support to many past and present coaches.
