About us
Seaview Calisthenics College is one of the longest running calisthenics clubs in South Australia.
We are a small and friendly club. Our experienced coaches provide calisthenics team and solo classes for participants of all abilities and ages from 2.5 years to 70 years plus.

Miss Gail PRINCIPAL
Calisthenics is Gail's passion and Seaview Calisthenics College has certainly provided her with much pleasure
for over 50 years.
Gail joined Seaview as a student when Audrey Parsons opened the club and after many happy years under her guidance, Gail became the Principal of Seaview Calisthenics College and she continues in this role today.
Gail thanks the Executive Committee of Seaview Calisthenics College for their good work in managing our club. Her message to our club members: "Girls - Remain true to your coach, loyal to your efforts and club and you will grow to be a champion. From the HEART - 'GO SEAVIEW', Gail Lange."

Miss Jenny TINIES TEAM and SUB-JUNIOR TEAM
Jenny has been involved in calisthenics for over 50 years, participating at six clubs over this time and assisting with administration of the sport at local club and state association level. Jenny credits some wonderful coaches with helping her to develop a love of the sport. She has great memories of calisthenics trips away and performances in Australia and overseas and many long-lasting friendships.
Jenny has enjoyed coaching Tinies, Sub Juniors, Juniors, Intermediates, Seniors and Masters to success at State Championships in team, duo and solo items. She has also coached many participants for their Calisthenics Skills Program exams.
Jenny feels It is a privilege to teach and guide these children and young ladies and see them grow in skills and confidence.

Miss Cheryl MASTERS TEAM COACH
Cheryl started Calisthenics at the age of 4 and went on to compete interstate with CASA State Championship teams. After a break to care for her family, Cheryl returned to calisthenics as a founding member of our Seaview Masters Team.
Cheryl started her coaching career in 2022, having completed her Grade 2 Calisthenics Skills exam and all the other courses and pre-requesites to become a fully qualified calisthenics coach. Cheryl now coaches our Masters team where Cali-experienced and new mature age women continue to have fun while maintaining their skills and fitness.

Miss Elise SENIOR TEAM COACH
After many years participating in teams and solo competitions and assisting with classes, Elise has now completed all the requirements to become a fully-accredited Calisthenics Coach.
Elise is coaching our Senior team this year as well as solo and duo competition items for some of our younger members.

Miss Jennie F LIFE MEMBER and FORMER COACH
Jennie started physical culture (the historical name for calisthenics in Australia) at an early age with Seaview Physical Culture Club as our club was previously known.
Jennie went on to become a highly regarded coach at club and state Championship team levels and is also a respected Adjudicator for calisthenics.
We appreciate Jennie's life-long contribution to the sport of calisthenics and value her support of our coaches.
